You can purchase your own toilet from Home Depot, Menards, or a plumbing supply house, or I can recommend and source the right model. I work with Kohler, TOTO, American Standard, and Gerber products.
What's the difference between standard and comfort height?
Comfort height (also called chair height or ADA height) toilets sit 17-19 inches from floor to seat, compared to the 14-15 inch standard height. Most adults find comfort height easier to use and it is the preferred spec for aging-in-place applications.
Can you install dual-flush toilets?
Yes, I install all toilet styles including dual-flush models from TOTO and American Standard that use 0.8 and 1.28 GPF for solid and liquid waste, significantly reducing water consumption.
What do you do with the old toilet?
