2-Story Playset Assembly with Nest Swing

The family had everything ready to go: landscape fabric down, cedar chips raked back, timber border framing the play area. What they needed was someone to turn 4 massive boxes of parts into a backyard the kids could actually use.
Hardware sorting came first, laying out every bracket, bolt, and beam before any building started. The fort tower went up first: base framing, upper deck, observation rail, and peaked roof. The A-frame swing structure followed once the tower was set. The tube slide was a two-person lift to position and lock in properly, so a helper came out to make sure it went in right. Both slides were fitted and secured, the saucer swing was hung and adjusted for height, and the play kitchen accessories were mounted at the lower level. Every bolt was torqued to spec.
By end of day the project, they had a fully assembled 2-story fort with two slides, a nest swing, and a built-in play kitchen (personally tested). The landscape fabric was checked and confirmed screw-free before the mulch was spread back out. Each swing was tested and all anchor points were verified before packing up, and every piece of leftover hardware was cleared before leaving. Happy to have had a hand in building something this family will get years of use out of.
